What does "lifetime access" mean exactly?: With Mailbites, "lifetime access" means that once you purchase a license, you will have permanent access to the Mailbites components, sections, and templates built with mjml. Your access to the product does not expire.
What does "free updates" include?: "Free updates" for Mailbites include any future updates and improvements to the components, sections, and templates. You will receive these updates at no additional cost after your initial purchase, ensuring that your Mailbites resources remain up-to-date.
Are Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD files included?: Currently, Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD files are not included with Mailbites. However, we are actively considering providing a Figma file in the future.
What version of mjml is used?: We use the latest stable version of mjml, which currently is v4.14.1.
What version of mjml-react is used?: We use the latest stable version of @faire/mjml-react, which currently is v3.3.0.
What email clients are supported?: Mailbites is designed to be compatible with a wide range of email clients, including popular ones such as Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, and more. For a detailed list of supported email clients, please refer to the mjml FAQs. Since mjml-react just provides the corresponding React components, the supported email clients are the same.
Do I need to purchase a license for each project I work on?: No, you only need to purchase a single license of Mailbites, which grants you permanent access to the components, sections, and templates. You can use them in multiple projects without the need for additional licenses.
Can I use Mailbites for client projects?: Yes, you are allowed to use Mailbites for client projects. Your license grants you the rights to utilize Mailbites components, sections, and templates in both personal and commercial client projects.
Can I use Mailbites for my own commercial projects?: Absolutely! Mailbites is designed to support your commercial projects. You can leverage the components, sections, and templates in your own email marketing campaigns or any other commercial ventures.
How do I purchase a license for my entire team?: You can purchase a Mailbites Team License for more developers. Just contact us under hi@mailbites.io and we'll get you started.
What is your refund policy?: If you're unhappy with your purchase for any reason, email us at hi@mailbites.io within 30 days and we'll refund you in full.
